Western New Mexico University welcomes new and returning students with the campus event of the summer: the annual Welcome Back Bash! Celebrate the start of the academic year with an  energetic evening full of music and Mustang spirit.

Start the night with Albuquerque’s soul-pop-funk sensation, and one of New Mexico’s best bands: The Mango Cakes. As the sun sets, DJ FliPZ will take over the stage with a high-energy set that blend hip-hop, throwbacks, and dance floor anthems to keep the party going. Known for his vibrant personality, DJ Flipz has made a name for himself spinning at top venues like The Falls Lounge and Brizo Marina del Rey.
